當然是慶祝囉~用什麼型式慶祝媽咪比較開心呢~
今日選擇的是【愛焙克|iBake】烘焙DIY
可以試試自己做蛋糕給最愛的媽咪囉~(唷!不錯喔~長大了)
這次要挑戰高難度的千層蛋糕(步驟蠻多)
對一個新手而言!就像是新手直接打boss的感覺(烘培經驗半顆星)

步驟3.烤餅皮
精彩的來了~開始煎餅皮了~
第三階段把剛剛用鋼盆裝的的餅皮從冰箱拿出來
店員:好了可以開始煎了就把量溫度的溫度將槍給我
協助完Y後接著說可以開始獨立做了喔!要做20曾唷~
這難度是5顆星比較耗時對新手而言也有難度
難度在煎餅皮,接著說沒關希臘蠻簡單的照步驟做好只要做20曾就可以

量溫度約到140>抹奶油>烤餅皮>翻面>再煎>再鋪平>至一旁放涼

煎餅皮把餅皮給凸起來再用桿棒翻面再煎一次

一開始不適很順利Ⓨ把餅皮給弄破
果然手忙腳亂的但熟能生巧做到後面慢慢地抓到感覺
做到20曾了~~(相信自己做得到的)

做完20層後拿取愛心模型押出一個形體
再拿一旁第二階段的鮮奶油一層一層的塗抹(全部塗好塗滿)
20層塗完後再撒可可粉做最後裝飾~

千層蛋糕真的需要細心和耐心約3小時完成
因為需要一層一層做餅皮覺得千層蛋糕果然很費工
(相對的難怪外面賣千層蛋糕都是貴桑桑的)
自己動手做才知道這麼辛苦
好的!辛苦是值得的
蛋糕的口感很好吃~蛋糕巧克力香味飄出
淡淡的巧克力味道吃進去不油膩也不膩口呢!!
真的很像是在蛋糕店吃到的口感與品質~
配牛奶當點心吃!~好好吃很快就被吃光光
想知道自己對烘焙有無興趣來這體驗看看就知道囉~
不用買過多器具(不是常常做烘培的買了又怕沾灰塵)
也不用花時間找材料的人,還有一點器材不用自己洗!~
收穫還蠻多的~不過要記得提前預約唷!假日人真的很多!
